Project no- 71-20-003, 19-3280, 71-20-003 The City of Boca Raton ("City") is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide Construction Manager at Risk ("CMAR") services for the Utility Services Complex Warehouse and Workshops Replacement. The scope of work includes the construction of a new warehouse and workshops building; demolish the existing warehouse and workshops; and provide additional parking.
