Nevada County is inviting proposals from qualified firms/individuals to design an Outdoor Visitor Center and Trailhead on the southwest side of Van Norden Meadow, near Soda Springs Road. The County seeks a qualified firm (Proposer) with the experience, expertise, and qualifications to successfully design and provide construction administration for the project. The selected firm will be responsible for (1) pre-design, (2) schematic/conceptual design, (3) design development, and (4) additional services as requested. This RFP will result in the award of one contract to be effective for an approximate one-year term. This RFP includes a description of the scope of work, proposal requirements, and instructions for submitting your proposal.
