**As of August 1,2025 , this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on August 6th,2025.** Scope of Work: The City of Kenai is requesting quotes for the demolition and installation of three (3) new exterior doors at the Vintage Pointe Congregate Housing complex. Bidders should email the Public Works Department at purchasing@kenai.city to be placed on the plans holders list. Questions may be submitted to purchasing@kenai.city.
