SCOPE OF WORK It is the intent of this RFP to establish a term contract with a vendor or multiple vendors for HACM for labor, materials and equipment necessary to provide Licensed Plumbing Services for KING CITY HOME KEY project. Through a competitive qualification and bid-based procurement process, HACM intends to enter into an agreement with a qualified vendor for these Licensed Plumbing Services. All work is to be performed according to industry standards and to the requirements and satisfaction of HACM. The scope of work is summarized in Exhibit A attached hereto by our Project Manager, Ricardo Calderon (the "Licensed Plumbing Contractor"). The King City Home Key project involves the renovation of a former Days Inn located on a 1-acre parcel in King City. Originally constructed in 1969, this two-story facility is slated for conversion into 45 studio units aimed at providing stable, affordable housing for individuals currently experiencing homelessness along the Salinas River encampments.
