The proposed construction consists of consolidation of electrical distribution to a single mediumvoltage electrical service, and consolidation of existing emergency generators. This entails construction of a new electrical room for a new medium voltage switchgear and associated appurtenances. A solar array will be constructed to offset power usage. A new Digested Sludge Storage Tank No. 2 structure will be constructed, and an extension of the existing Sludge Handling Building will be constructed. As part of the improvementsto the digester complex, Digested Sludge Storage Tank No. 1, Digester 1B, and Digester 2B will be cleaned. Other new structures for construction include a new Excess Flow Disinfection building, an excess flow clarifier drain valve vault, and a pre-fabricated chemical feed structure for chemical phosphorous removal. General site improvements are included in the scope of work. This includes demolition and removal of identified structures, fencing, pavement, and other infrastructure. Also included in scope is new paving, fencing, site piping, and other miscellaneous items of work. Engineer's Estimate is not available for this project
