Renovation of a mixed-use development in Allendale, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 13,500-square-foot conference / convention center.
This project consists of a 7,200 SF Upfit and a 6,300 SF Renovation. In the Upfit, USC Salk plans to design and construct a Conference Center to host a variety of student centric needs within the community. The Upfit program includes new restrooms, catering kitchen, food pantry, and storage for conference center furniture and fitness equipment. The Upfit will also include a new fitness center and a flexible health and wellness area. *The value for this project is based on a financial range of $3,200,000 to $3,400,000.
