The work consists principally of the supply of specified soil materials and the disposal of spoils materials as required for performing maintenance repairs to water and sanitary sewer facilities. Award will be for Total Cost to various pits. A guarantee will be required with each bid for at least 5% of the amount of the bid, not to exceed $10,000, filed in the form of a certified check, Bid Bond, or irrevocable Letter of Credit acceptable to the Owner and payable to the Board of Water & Sewer Commissioners of the City of Mobile, Alabama. CONTRACT PERIOD : with two 1-year extension options
