The Project consists of: Cleaning, patch/seal and geopolymer lining of a 96"x120" corrugated metal pipe arched (CMPA) (100 LF) and catch basins (2 EA), clean and installation of cured in place pipe (CIPP) in 24"-36" pipe sizes (materials vary) (260 LF), installation of new catch basins (2 EA), install/open cut 36" Thermoplastic pipe (CPEPDW/RPVCP), imported backfill (100 CY), installation of flowable fill (20 CY), construction/traffic signage, miscellaneous sitework & erosion control, and related work as called for on the drawings, indicated on the Bid Form, or reasonably implied. Contract Term: 60 calendar days Prospective Bidders shall obtain Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office between the hours of 8:00 am - 4:00 pm (MondayThursday), and 8:00 am - 12 noon (Friday), and may examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office as described herein. Bidding Documents may also be examined at the Office of the District Administrator, Consolidated Gravity District No. 1 of Tangipahoa Parish; 48571 Highway 51 North; Tickfaw, LA 70466. Document info : Bidders who return full sets of the Bidding Documents in good condition (suitable for re-use) within ten (10) days after receipt of Bids (August 31, 2025) will receive a full refund ($150.00). Non-Bidders will receive a refund of $150.00 for documents returned in good condition within the time limit indicated above. Checks for Bidding Documents shall be payable to "Spangler Engineering, LLC". Upon request and receipt of the document deposit indicated above the Issuing Office will transmit the Bidding Documents via delivery service. The date that the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the Bidder's date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office.
