State University of New York, Empire State University, is seeking a responsive and responsible bidder to remove and replace the existing joint sealant to the building located at 2 Union Avenue, Saratoga Springs, NY 12866 Minority Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 11% Women Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 19% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Contracting Goal: 6% Contract term: 180 Calendar Days After the Date of the Notice to Proceed Project Description / Scope of Work - Remove and replace all existing joint sealants at all exterior elevations of the building, refer to drawings A4.1 and A4.2. - Refer to Specification Section 07 92 00 for additional sealant information and requirements. - Drawings A8.1, A8.2, A8.3, A10.2, and A10.3 are original contract drawings for detailed conditions, these drawings are included for reference only. - The contractor shall remove debris and dispose off site on a daily basis. - The contractor shall protect all landscaping while performing the work. - The contractor shall restore any damaged lawns and landscaping damaged during the course of accessing the work by mechanical lifts.
