Replace Water Softener System in Boiler Plant The contractor will provide all supervision, labor, equipment, and materials needed to complete work for this service contract per the provided specifications, and this SOW. Work will consist of a full replacement of the current water softener system in the boiler plant at the Carl Vinson VA Medical Center (CVVAMC). All work must be in accordance with applicable local, state, and federal codes, rules, and regulations. Impact shall be minimized and mitigated in a way that limits disruption to the functioning of the Medical Center. Scheduling and coordination with the CV VAMC will be critical and must be approved by COR prior to work. The work shall include: 1. Turnkey Installation of Chem Aqua Meter Initiated Demand Flow Water Softener (Model Number: ESOTM32DF 2ATM-2472-1.5-DF) and Chem Aqua Manifold, TM 2" PVC Parallel and Time Clock (Model Number: ESOTMOP012) of equal or greater performance capacity. a. Equipment must fit in the current location. Clearence must provide (3-4 ft) on each side of the system allowing for maintenance work. b. Includes all equipment needed to function such as: tanks, piping connections, resin, control valves, etc. c. Includes all labor associated with 2. Warranty for a minimum of 1 year a.
