Through this request for qualification (RFQ), notice is hereby given that the City of Durham, North Carolina, General Services Department is seeking a civil engineering firm to provide professional services for the necessary design work for the renovations of concrete and flush tank repairs Scope: Full design services, including bidding and construction administration phases. Inspect the current tank to identify any internal or subsurface damage that could cause leaks. Offer recommendations for repairing or replacing the pump station tank and piping, the existing safety harness and pulley system, failed sub-grade, and concrete issues. Prepare cost estimates for repairs related to the overall concrete driveway damage at "Old Fire Station #9." Both the Fire Station Maintenance Building and "Old Station #9" are located at 2117 Camden Avenue, Durham, NC 27704. The Total Project Budget for this project is: $250,000 To ensure receipt of any addenda to the RFQ, please contact the person listed above to register as an interested firm. The City is not responsible for providing updated information/changes to firms not known by the City as holding a copy of this RFQ.
