the Buffalo Bill State Park Picnic Shelter Roof Replacements project located in Park County, Wyoming. All questions will be answered and provided to all prospective bidders via answers on the Public Purchase website or in the form of a written addendum posted on Public Purchase by 3:00 p.m. MT on August 18, 2025. Questions received after 11:00 a.m. Mountain Time on August 11, 2025, will not be addressed. If you have not yet registered on the Wyoming State Construction Public Purchase website, and are interested in this bid, register immediately to avoid last-minute processing delays. Activation of your registration may take up to 24 hours. Bid Item Specifications: o Existing asphalt roofing will be removed to decking. o Titanium underlayment shall be used. o Lakeshore and Eagle Point Shelters will have new fascia boards installed. Bartlett Lane Shelters will not require new fascia. o New roofing material shall be Metal Sales, 26-gauge Pro-Panel II or approved equal. o Metal color to be Burnished Slate or approved substitution. o Lakeshore and Eagle Point Shelters are approximately 192 square feet each. Bartlett Lane Shelters are approximately 256 square feet each. Fish Cleaning Station is approximately 182 square feet in size. The contractor is responsible for field verification prior to submitting a bid.
