The Project consists of three separate contracts and includes the following Work: Contract No. 1: Construction of a new state approved 250-gpm well, complete with submersible pump, chlorination equipment, pump controls and new well-house building plus all other work as necessary to provide a complete and operational well system. Contract No. 2: Construction of approximately 7,306 lineal feet of new water lines in five separate locations within the Anderson water distribution system. New line will consist of approximately 6,416 lineal feet of 8-inch C900 PVC pipe and approximately 890 lineal feet of 2-inch PVC Class 200 pipe, along with all necessary fittings, valves, and fire hydrants. Work will also include the installation of two (2) pressure reducing valve stations. Work will also include all final clean up and site restoration. Contract No. 3: Construction of a new 200,000-gallon elevated spheroid steel with an estimated overflow height of 120 feet. Work to include all necessary foundation, steel fabrication and erection, painting, and final disinfection of the new tank. General Conditions within 240 consecutive calendar days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run.
