Flooring Repair and Replacement Services THE WORK The Work will consist of Countywide Flooring Repair and Replacement Services The successful contractor shall be responsible for all necessary labor, equipment, tools, materials, and supplies required to perform the work as specified herein. This solicitation consists of three Lots, each of which will be evaluated and awarded separately to the Lowest Responsive Bidder for that Lot. The Lots consist of the following scopes of work: Lot 1: Flooring Repair and Replacement Services for Santa Clara Parks & Recreation Department Lot 2: Flooring Repair and Replacement Services for O'Connor Hospital Lot 3: Flooring Repair and Replacement Services for Santa Clara Valley Medical Center BIDDER'S SECURITY Each bid for each Lot for which a bid is being submitted must be accompanied by cash, a certified or cashier's check, or a bond in the sum of not less than 10% of the total aggregate of the bid price, including all additive bid items. The check or bond must be made payable to "The County of Santa Clara."
