The District of Fort St. James (the "District") is seeking qualified proponents to quote on Phase 1 of the Spirit Square Revitalization. The successful proponent will provide all necessary materials, labour, equipment, and supervision to complete the scope of work. Scope of Work The successful proponent will be responsible for the following work, in accordance with Drawing C101 (Attached as Appendix B): Clearing and Grubbing: Remove trees, stumps, and vegetation Clear and grub approximately 3,800 m2 Removal of 6 mature trees Removal and disposal of approximately 200 m2 of existing concrete/asphalt slab Excavate and remove native soils to a depth of 600 mm of approximately 750 m3 Supply and place 450 mm Select Granular Sub-Base (SGSB) approximately 1,250 m2 Supply and place 150 mm Well-Graded Base (WGB) approximately 1,250 m2 Supply and place 100 mm topsoil approximately 2,400 m2 Grass seeding of approximately 2,400 m2
