Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Detroit, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 4,700-square-foot playground / park / athletic field.

A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** WTProject No: SOM-MSPaH-25 751/19424.MNB; Milliken State Park & Harbor Replace Roof General: Designated steep slope roof replacement work on the Harbor Master Office and Maintenance Buildings at the William G. Milliken State Park and Harbor totaling approximately 4,700 sq. ft. (plan view dimensions) of steep slope roofing. Metal Roofing and Siding: New architectural metal panel roof system (nonstructural), new metal siding, fascia panels and related trim. The contractor shall complete work in a manner required by the roofing panel manufacturer and fabricator to provide the State of Michigan a finish panel warranty of a minimum 30 years and water tightness warranty for minimum 25 years. For harbor buildings the DNR prefers the following: "PAC Clad, Pre-Finished, Metal Standing Seam Roof, 24 Ga. Hot Dipped Galv. Steel, Commercial Weight w/KYNAR 500 Finish w/ 15 1/2 " Seam Spacing or Equal". (Final Color selection provided by owner from approved submittal.) Clearstory Windows and Louvers: New operable windows and louvers (74 total) 5% Bid Security Required Please do not submit online questions via online.
