Barnwell Road at Niblick Drive Intersection Improvement and Trail (Niblick Drive to North Peak Drive) the Contractor Will Construct an Intersection Improvement at the Intersection of Barnwell Road and Niblick Drive and a Bike Lane and Eight-foot Pedestrian Trail on the West Side of Barnwell Road From Niblick Drive to North Peak Drive Including Closed System Drainage and All Other Miscellaneous Items Necessary for Completion of the Work Within the City of Johns Creek (City), Georgia. The Contractor shall construct the project per: o Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) Specifications, Standards, and Details; o Applicable City of Johns Creek Specifications and Details; o The Contract Documents including but not limited to the scope of work and specifications; o The Plans - drawings/details/notes; o Purchase Order; o Approved Schedule; o City of Johns Creek ordinances and regulations; o OSHA standards and guidelines; o Any other applicable codes, laws and regulations including but not limited to Section 45-10-20 through 45-10-28 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, Title VI of the Civil Rights Act, Drug-Free Workplace Act, and all applicable requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 The Contractor agrees with the City to furnish all equipment, tools, materials, skill, labor of every description, and all things necessary to carry out in each designated area as delineated in Specifications (Exhibit A) and complete in a good, firm, substantial and workmanlike manner, the Work in strict conformity with the specifications which shall form an essential part of this agreement.
