Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; for the construction of a pre-engineered storage facility; pre-engineered storage facility; and water / sewer project.

A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** This project has a Targeted Group (TG), Economically Disadvantaged (ED), Veteran Owned (VO) preference and a 5% TGB subcontracting goal established. SUMMARY OF WORK: This work will be done under one prime contract that includes: General, mechanical, excavation, sprinklers, and electrical. The Project consists of the construction of Area 17 MVSBs (17-220, 17-221, 17-222, and 17-223) at Camp Ripley in Little Falls, MN.. The following summary is a general guide to the scope of work. It should not be construed as a detailed list of work included in the contract. This project consists of construction of four 80' x 150' Pre-Engineered uninsulated metal storage buildings with an insulated fire riser room and sprinklers throughout. Project includes site grading, electrical/water main utilities, paving, sidewalks, fencing and seeding. This Project has a 5% Targeted Group, Economically Disadvantaged, Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (TG/ED/VO) subcontracting goal TIME OF COMPLETION A. The project shall be substantially complete no later than September 30, 2026 B. Final completion of the work will be on or before October 28, 2026.
