The major work of this requirement is: Upgrade existing water treatment plant from 700GPM to 1,000GPM, distribution system work, and water storage tank work. The work shall be completed 455 calendar days after written Notice to Proceed. Per FAR 36.204(f), magnitude of construction is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. This acquisition will be procured as an Unrestricted, Full and Open Competition. The resulting award will be for one (1) Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) Contract.
