Renovation of a medical facility in Atlanta, Georgia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.

**Please notify Project Manager Taurus Ligon by email at Tjligon@GMH.EDU of your intention to submit a proposal by filling out and submitting Appendix D by 08/01/25 at 5PM. Briefly detailed project description. The 7C renovation project will relocate the IT department which currently occupies the area and will renovate this wing of the hospital for use as an office and swing stage for wound care and potentially other departments in the future. Any questions regarding this RFP shall be submitted via e-mail correspondence to Project Manager at TJLIGON@GMH.EDU Contact with Grady Health System’s administration, staff, and board members regarding this RFP is strictly prohibited during the selection process. Submittal of Questions or Clarifications: For Questions please contact the PM directly. Please note that not completing the diversity spend section in the packet or not completing the packet is grounds for your bid being disqualified. No second chances to follow the instructions will be granted. Please ask questions if anything is unclear.
