The Mount Prospect Park District is accepting sealed bids for Countryside Park 2025 Park Improvements. Questions regarding this project and call for bids should be directed to Nicole Horn, Project Planner, Mt. Prospect Park District, 847 956 6773 ext. 458 or nhorn@mppd.org. The Park Board of the Mt. Prospect Park District resrves the right to reject any or all bids in full or in part, if it is deemed to be in the public's best interest to do so. The general prevailing rate of wages in the locality for each craft or type of worker or mechanic needed to execute the contract or perform the work; also the general prevailing rate for legal holiday and overtime work as ascertained by the Illinois Department of Labor, shall be paid for each craft or type of worker needed to execute the contract or perform such work and it shall be mandatory upon the contractor to whom the contract is awarded and upon any subcontractor under him, to pay not less than the specified rates to all laborers* workers and mechanics employed by them in the excution of the contract or such work.
