Debris shall not be burned on the site. Demolition / clean up shall be conducted in a safe and workmanlike manner in accordance with all Federal, State, and local Laws.• All surplus materials removed shall become the property of the contractor and shall be removed from the premises unless otherwise agreed. Entire lot shall be left in a mowable condition and have positive drainage that does not create pooling water. Additional dirt may be required to ensure positive drainage after foundations are removed. The City will schedule all utility disconnections. o It is the contractor’s responsibility to ensure all utilities have been disconnected prior to beginning work. o All utilities to any structure on the demolition / clean-up site, including gas, water, sewer, telephone or electrical connections shall be disconnected and dismantled back to source at Right-of-Way (ROW).
