GEUS is issuing this Request for Proposal ("RFP") to solicit proposals from Respondents ("Respondent") to provide Wood Pole Inspection and Treatment Services. The Relay Technical Services are to meet the requirements as identified in Section 8 - SPECIFICATIONS. Any and all exceptions to the requirements identified in Section 8 - SPECIFICATIONS must be documented in the Proposal. The number of wood poles or hours worked for wood pole inspection and treatment services are not known, nor guaranteed, and will depend on several factors, including but not limited to, the performance of the selected Respondent. Question Deadline 08/01/2025 at 5:00 PM CT GEUS requires that all communication is submitted via online. Responses to questions will be communicated to all Respondents by August 5, 2025. GEUS is not liable for any costs incurred by Respondents in responding to this RFP, in the preparation of their Bids, or for any costs incurred by Respondents in interviews or contract negotiations.
