A. Replacement of existing 100 HP blowers, air piping, and actuated 18-inch influent and effluent valves for 3 sequencing batch reactors. Work includes demolition and disposal of existing air and process piping, of air and wastewater process valves, and existing blowers, bypass pumping, rerouting conduit and wiring from existing to new blowers, miscellaneous electrical and electrical demolition, local instrumentation and connecting new equipment to an existing main control panel, critical construction sequencing, pipe cutting, coating, damper demolition and installation, and equipment testing. B. Replacement of existing influent lift station pump discharge isolation and check valves. Work includes demolition and disposal of existing valves and piping, bypass pumping and coating of equipment and piping.
