Renovation of a municipal facility in Red Deer, Alberta. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
To all roof sections: Demolition of existing roof system down to the existing roof deck for installation of a new SBS modified bituminous membrane roofing system. Replacement of existing wood nailers as required. Demolition and reconstruction of existing roof parapets and control joints. Lifting, reinstallation and modification of mechanical units. And, all other works required to complete the reroofing to the intent of the design, the warrantor's requirements, and code. Install new guard rails at locations indicated in the drawings. Confirm dimensions on site. Provide shop drawings. Install a new roof hatch. Confirm dimensions on site. Provide shop drawings. Install new pre-manufactured gas line supports to meet code requirements.
