Demolition, site work and renovation of a municipal facility in Cincinnati, Ohio. Completed plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility; for the renovation of a municipal facility; and for site work for a 8,440-square-foot, one-story above grade municipal facility.

The work will be performed under ONE contract with the Owner. This project involves interior and exterior renovations of the building previously known as Molloy's on the Green, located at 10 Enfield Street in the Village of Greenhills. The project includes interior and some exterior demolition, general construction work, roof work, mechanical, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and some interior and exterior painting. Question Deadline 08/04/2025 All questions requiring additional information or clarification shall be submitted to the Architect. Any proposed equal for a standard shall be submitted to the Architect no later than ten (10) days prior to the bid opening. The proposed equal shall be considered rejected if no Addendum is issued accepting the proposed equal. • The successful Bidder may be required to furnish a Performance Bond and Labor and Material Payment Bond in an amount not less than 100% of the Contract Sum subject to acceptance of Alternate Bid cost by Owner • The Owner reserves the right to waive informalities in any bid and to reject any and/all bids. • No Bidder may modify, withdraw, or cancel his Bid for sixty (60) days from the actual time and date designated for the receipt of Bids.
