As of September 16, 2025, the project was awarded to Republic Parking System, LLC, with an awarded amount of $110,174. The City of Laredo reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, and to waive any minor irregularities. The City is not responsible for any delays caused by the check-in process. Bids will not be accepted after the specified deadline, regardless of circumstances. Please plan accordingly to ensure timely submission. Proposals and other contract provisions, for awarding a three-year contract for Parking Management for the Laredo International Airport. Any request for clarification or additional information must be submitted in writing through email or Questions & Responses section on Cit-E-Bid system no later than seven (7) days prior to the scheduled date for opening to: CITY OF LAREDO PURCHASING AGENT Jaime E.
