St. Johns County is soliciting Quotes from qualified Suppliers to provide a replacement high service pump for the North Beach Water Treatment Plant. Existing Pump: Curve and Model - Griswold - 30 HP Close Coupled End Suction Replacement Specifications: o Close coupled end suction pump - NSF-61 certified for potable water o 500 gpm at 145' TDH o 1800 RPM or 3600 RPM o 30 HP non-overloading power o 3 phase/60 Hz/460V inverter duty motor, premium efficiency, with TEFC enclosure o Cast Iron construction, bronze impeller, mechanical shaft seal, SS shaft sleeve, carbon steel shaft o Motor shall include grounding ring, thermostats, 120V space heater, and have a short comm. Test o Delivery shall not exceed 18 weeks from receipt of PO o Dimensions should closely match to fit on existing base. o Orientation of pump discharge to match existing as shown in pictures (vertical)
