The scope of work consists of providing construction services to Cassiano Park 2022 Bond project: unconditioned pool equipment/storage room of approximately 950 GSF; unconditioned restroom building of approximately 1,029 GSF; unconditioned lifeguard office of approximately 185 GSF; conditioned wifi closet of approximately 85 GSF; total gross roof area of approximately 4,320 SF. Work includes, but is not limited to: demolition, concrete walk, swimming pool, swimming pool equipment, swimming pool amenities, parking, drainage, site furnishings, masonry, signage, concrete flatwork, concrete foundations, site grading, restroom building, pump room building, lighting, landscaping and irrigation.
