Bid Security in the Amount of Ten 10 Percent of the Bid Must Accompany Each Bid in Accordance With the Instructions to Bidders. Bids Shall Be Directed to the Escanaba Electric Utility Securely Sealed and Endorsed Upon the Outside Wrapper, "Bid for Substation Control Building" A Pre Bid Conference Will Not Be Held. Question Deadline 08/01/2025 Bidder's Qualifications Must Be Submitted to Eps Engineering & Design At Least Five (5) Days Prior to the Date Set for Opening and Receiving of Bids. Contractors on the Project Shall Be Required to Comply With the Minimum Wages and Labor Standards as Determined by the State of Michigan. The Escanaba Electric Utility of Escanaba, MI Reserves the Right to Reject Any and All Bids, to Waive Irregularities and Informalities Therein and to Award the Contract in the Best Interests of the Utility.
