Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Federal Way, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
This project shall consist of: Removal of existing curb ramps, sidewalk, traffic curb, and pedestrian push buttons to be replaced with ADA compliant curb ramps at seven locations throughout city center and the surrounding area. The City anticipates awarding this project to the successful bidder and intends to give Notice to Proceed as soon as the Contract and all required documents are executed in full. Regardless of the date of award or Notice to Proceed, the Contractor must complete all work within 20 working days. The City of Federal Way reserves the right to reject any and all quotes, waive any informalities or minor irregularities in the solicitation process, and determine which quote or bidder meets the criteria set forth in the bid documents.
