Construction of these contracts must begin on or about August 25, 2025, and must be completed on or about September 12, 2025. The Tender deposit equal to at least 10% of the total Tender Price Performance and Maintenance Bond, or Letter of Credit equal to 50% of the total tender price, Current and valid WSIB certificate and, General Public Liability and Motor Vehicle Insurance Policy of two million dollars.
