In accordance withthe provisions of Texas Government Code (TGC), Chapter 2254, Subchapter A,Professional Services, and Rules and Procedures adopted by the Texas FacilitiesCommission (TFC), and in order to provide timely commissioning and other relatedprofessional services, TFC solicits through this Request for Qualifications(RFQ) Prime Professional Service Providers (PSPs) for Indefinite DeliveryIndefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Professional Building Commissioning Services andrelated Professional Services. Original(initial) executed IDIQ contract agreements will state a not-to-exceed cap butshall have no monetary value due to the indefinite nature of the need forservices and there is no guarantee of project assignment to the awarded PSPs.Award of an IDIQ contract agreement will not disqualify a PSP from respondingto any future TFC project for which a project-specific Request forQualifications may be issued. TFCanticipates an award to multiple firms from this RFQ. Question Deadline 08/05/2025 It is the intention of TFC to awarda contract(s) for full prime professional commissioning agent services (CxA)services during the term of the contract. A)IDIQ agreements will be in effect through August 31, 2027. B) IDIQ contract agreements will include a single, two-yearoption to renew for the period September 1, 2027, through August 31, 2029. C) TFC may request an extension not to exceed three (3)months for the purposes of solicitation and for no other purpose. D) Any extension of renewal of thisContract shall be implemented by an amendment to the Contract signed by bothparties and shall be subject to the provisions, terms and conditions of thisContract to include any TFC approved changes. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
