PURPOSE DeKalb County Government (the County) is soliciting bids for ITB No. 2025-064-ITB Restoration Services from responsible bidders. All requests must be in writing. Any explanation desired by a bidder regarding the meaning or interpretation of the Invitation to Bid, bidder instructions, general terms and conditions, insurance requirements, drawings, scope/specifications, etc., must be requested in writing and with sufficient time allowed for a reply to reach bidders before the submission of their bids. If any statement in the bidding documents, specifications, plans, etc., appear ambiguous to the Bidder or if the Bidder would like to submit exceptions to general terms and conditions or insurance requirements for consideration, Bidder is specifically instructed to make a written request to the Department of Purchasing and Contracting as outlined in the preceding sentence. Any information given to a prospective bidder concerning an Invitation to Bid will be furnished to all prospective bidders, as an addenda to the Invitation, if such information is necessary to bidders in submitting bids on the Invitation or if the lack of such information would be prejudicial to uninformed bidders. Oral explanations or instructions given before the award of the contract will not be binding. Questions must be submitted no later than 5:00 pm on Friday, August 15, 2025. REFERENCES: Bidder shall provide three (3) references for projects similar in size and scope within the last four (4) years, to the project specified herein using the Reference and Release Form in the VENDOR QUESTIONNAIRE. Each reference must include project name and location, project description, and the reference contact person who has direct knowledge of the services, a current telephone number and email address. The ineffectiveness of contact information and/or the reference's lack of responsiveness may result in being deemed non-responsible.
