Renovation of a municipal facility in Oglethorpe, Georgia. Working plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
**As of August 18 , 2025 this project will rebid but no definite date for the rebid.** Complete roof repair and replacement Macon county Courthouse All potential bidders must be prequalified. For more information, please contact Johnny Brooks, Project Manager at 478-244-3084. Only bids submitted by a licensed and qualified contractor experienced in the roofing industry will be considered. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Bond in the amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the Total Base Bid. Performance and Payment Bond, each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the total contract amount, will be required of the successful bidder. The number of days within which, or the dates by which, the Work is to be completed and ready for payment shall be 60 days as prescribed in the Notice to Proceed and is set forth in the Proposal and the Agreement. QA date - 25 July 2025 Questions received less than seven (7) days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. The Macon County Commissioners reserve the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive technicalities.
