Description

Site work for a water / sewer project in Unicoi, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

The Project includes the following Work: The clearing and disposal of trees, snags, logs, brush, shrubs, stumps, and rubbish; and the stabilization and rehabilitation of streambanks at the designated twenty-five (25) locations. Bids must be accompanied by a bid g * doc info : Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the designated web link. The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is: Mattern & Craig, Inc., 429 Clay Street, Kingsport, TN, 37660, 423-245-4970 Prospective Bidders may obtain or examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office on Monday through Friday between the hours of 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM and may obtain copies of the Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office as described below. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office.
