Alleyway Theatre Roof and Masonry Project - 1 Curtain Up Alley BUFFALO, NEW YORK 14202 The Work ofthis Project is defined by the Contract Documents and includes but is not limited to the following: Full tear off entire existing Built Up Roof membrane and aggregate system including all insulation, coverboards, felts and all other materials down to existing concrete roof deck to remain. Limited abatement of asbestos containing materials on roof areas including roof patching/flashing. Refer to Stohl Environmental, Pre-Renovation Asbestos Inspection report for locations, quantities and exact material descriptions and locations. Removal of existing roof hatch and curb assembly. Saw cutting of existing concrete roof hatch and interior concrete bulkhead to increase roofopening for a new roofhatch. Installation of a new roof hatch and a new tapered insulation and SBS membrane and flashing roofsystem. Installation of a new exterior metal counterflashing and flashing over an exposed framing member at the second floor on the south-east elevation. Add Alternate No. 1 - Parapet cap stones cleaning, caulking and watersealinq. Add Alternate No. 2 - Masonry unit repair at outward bowing corner of building.
