Surface Preparation _ Remove all grass, weeds, and vegetation from the parking lot surface and perimeter. _ Power broom, blow, and sweep the lot to remove loose debris, dirt, and sand. _ Perform crack sealing for all cracks _ inch or larger, up to 10,000 linear feet (LF). 2. Sealcoating _ Apply two (2) coats of PMM or PMM Ultra sealant across the entire surface area (approximately 88,000 sq ft). o First coat application with sand and fortifier additive. o Second coat application with sand and fortifier additive. 3. Wheel Stop Alignment _ Re-align approximately 220 wheel stops (6' each) along the perimeter of the parking lot for uniform placement. 4. Pavement Striping and Markings _ Layout and stripe approximately 327 standard parking spaces (4" x 18' each). _ Restripe 9 ADA-compliant handicap spaces, including blue access boxes and appropriate ADA signage. _ Update all ADA parking spaces to ensure compliance with current accessibility codes. _ Restripe all cross-hatch areas using typical 45_ diagonal lines. _ Repaint 16 extra-large directional arrows in yellow. _ Repaint 8 speed bumps (22' x 4') with yellow and black striping. _ Repaint 1 pedestrian ramp. _ Repaint 220 wheel stops in yellow. _ Repaint all existing pavement stenciling with legible and appropriate markings. _ Fill all pot holes.
