There is not yet a set timeline for construction. *Previous solicitation listed below for reference:* Reference Number 0000393448 The University of Utah (U Facilities) is soliciting the services of qualified firms/individuals to perform design services . This project involves upgrading the interior of the existing research laboratory, support rooms, hallway and stairwell, as well as the breakroom on Level 4 of the Huntsman Cancer Institute North Building, which covers an area of approximately 20,000 square feet. It includes c-cure on lab doors, new paint, temporary removal of laboratory equipment, replacement of laboratory furniture, workbenches, casework, sinks, countertops, flooring, lighting upgrade, repairs to ceiling tiles, updates to electrical, plumbing, and medical gas systems. The project will be completed in two phases to allow part of the lab to remain operational during construction.
