Renovation of a parking garage in Charleston, West Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a parking garage.
City of Charleston, WV will accept sealed bids for: the repair of City owned Parking Garages located at various sites throughout the City of Charleston. The Contractor shall mobilize and begin work not later than 14 Calendar Days from receiving a formal Notice to Proceed or executed Contract. Substantial Completion: 210 Calendar Days from the date of mobilization. Final Completion: 28 Calendar Days beyond Substantial Completion Date. The City is solicitating bids for the repair and construction services of several City owned Parking Garages located throughout the City as more fully described in specifications, bid plans and instructions. All Questions must be submitted to the City's Purchasing Director in writing by Friday, August 8, 2025 at 10am. Questions should be addressed to Billie Hancock, Purchasing Director at bids@cityofcharleston.org. Questions will be answered in the form of an addendum issued.
