Expansion of the City Hall in its current location. TIMELINE: RFP from design consultants has closed and submissions are under review by the owner. The awarded consultant is to design three separate concepts for the expansion. The concepts will be used to decide on a general direction before detail design is undertaken. As part of those concepts, cost estimates and elevation sketches should be provided along with a basic site plan showing general floor plan and parking areas/landscaped areas for each option. Council and Administration will review the concepts and pick the one best suited for the city's needs now and into the future. Further update pending award of contract. *Budget to be determined.
