Reference Number 00004642744 RFB for Surveying of Locations and Elevations of Select Provincial Groundwater Monitoring Network (PGMN) Wells Peat Pore Monitoring Network across Ontario for the Ministry of Environment, Conservation and Parks. The Ontario Ministry of the Environment, Conservation and Parks (MECP) Provincial Groundwater Monitoring Program (the “Program”) operates an ambient PGMN program of 480 wells in partnership with all 36 Conservation Authorities (CA) and 8 Municipalities across Ontario. Groundwater levels are measured hourly at all 480 wells. The Ministry is seeking a service provider to complete a professional location and elevation survey of 322 Provincial Groundwater Monitoring Network (PGMN) wells at 268 locations in Ontario. Updating available location and elevation data to current survey technology standards is needed to improve the accuracy and enhance the reliability of PGMN water level data. The objectives of this study to achieve these improvements are as follows: 1) to complete survey work for 322 PGMN Wells; and 2) to digitally document data collected, and work undertaken.
