SCOPE 1. All roofs that are associated with the Main Lodge, including all porches, and entry roofs. b. Remove approximately 10,700 S.F. of existing roof shingles, flashing, felt underlayment and (some steel roofing covering the shingles on the east side of the porch roof, approximately 1610 S.F.), etc. down to the existing bare sheathing. c. Inspect and replace deteriorated roof sheathing as Unit price # 1. d. Replace and stain all cedar fascia and rake boards on the entire building, wood soffit, gable end top logs only, and all rafter tails on the main lodge 2 nd story to include: i. Removal of approximately 284 lineal feet of 1x10 Cedar Fascia and the Installation of approximately 174 lineal feet of 1x12 Cedar Fascia on the sidewall overhangs on the main lodge.
