Notice is hereby given that the City of Albany ("City") is requesting proposals for HVAC preventative maintenance services and repairs for public works HVAC systems to ensure continuity of services. The proposed term is for three years, with an option to extend the contract an additional two, one-year terms. The City desires a contract with a Contractor who can offer services at the highest quality and best value for the City. (This procurement is being partially funded by federal transit funds and made in accordance with 2 CFR200.320 and ORS 279B.060. The Contractor must comply with Appendix II to Part 200 Contract Provisions for Non-Federal Entity Contracts Under Federal Awards. End date (three years) The meeting will start at the above location and visit various locations in Albany and Linn County where HVAC systems exist in City public works facilities. These various locations are public works operations, sewer lift stations, water pump stations, water and wastewater treatment plants, transit train station, and transit operations facility. Contractors will have the opportunity to ask questions regarding service requirements and clarifications for proposal submittal. Contractors are strongly encouraged to attend. All attendees must sign in on the attendance sheet.
