This RFP is for a contract that generally includes repairs to damaged areas of the concrete structures of the Hugh Keenleyside Dam's spillway and low-level outlets, to original or near-original condition. The scope also includes replacing missing and existing steel plates at the spillway gate checks and repairing the adjacent concrete. Damaged areas are primarily underwater. The scope also includes design and completion of off-site underwater trial repairs and an on-site concrete conveyance demonstration. Owner requires that all interested parties sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) in order to access the plans and specs for this project.
