The Port Royal Municipal Authority (PRMA - OWNER) will receive sealed bids for the Sewer Rehabilitation project as defined in the Contract Documents and other associated parts of the work. The General Construction Project is generally described as: The lining of approximately 1,700 linear feet of 8-inch sewer line within Milford Street from Manhole B-14 which is located approximately 225 feet west of the intersection of Milford & 8th Street, and continuing toward SR 333 through Manhole B-9 which is located in the intersection of Milford Street and SR 333 and ending at the terminal Manhole B-10 which is adjacent to the Licking Creek Pump Station just to the west of SR 333. The work is shown on the Contract Drawings and will include the inspect and repair of up to 7 Manholes. Questions Due Date: Question Deadline 08/15/2025 at 4:00 PM ETAll questions regarding this project shall be submitted via Online Portal. no later than seven (7) days prior to the date for receipt of bids. The OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any bid irregularities, and to negotiate contract amounts. Bids can be held for up to 60 days by OWNER and that time can be extended by PA Law if it is to allow the closing of project funding. A certified check or bank draft payable to the Port Royal Muncipal Authority or a satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder will serve as an acceptable surety in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total of the Bid.
