General Construction Contract : includes but is not limited to all labor, materials and equipment required to install erosion and sedimentation controls, medium voltage underground primary trenching, conduit, and wire, telecommunications trenching and conduit, transformers, sectionalizers, primary electrical equipment, primary ground loops, and demolition of existing overhead electrical system from building exteriors to NYSEG-owned Pole P1. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Bond/Payment Bond in the statutory form of public bonds required by Sections 136 and 137 of the State Finance Law, each for 100% of the amount of the Contract. The completion date for this project is 562 days after agreement has been approved by the NYS Comptroller's Office. Project Milestones: Construction limited to designated areas from May 15, 2026 - Sept. 7, 2026 and May 21, 2027 - Sept. 6, 2027.
