Description

Demolition, site work and renovation of a medical facility in Saint John, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for the demolition of a medical facility; for the renovation of a medical facility; and for site work for a medical facility.

Interior renovations to provide shell space for future Hybrid Operating Room, including modifications to structural steel, plumbing and HVAC systems, and electrical systems. .1 Commissioning process will meet the following requirements of the Green Building Initiative Canada, Green Globes Canada Green Building Rating System Version 3. .2 Once the contractor's commissioning, testing and troubleshooting is completed as outlined in the Contract Documents, provide material, tools, labour and supervision to verify in detail with the CxA that the equipment and systems have been commissioned in accordance with this and related Sections. .3 Coordinate, cooperate, and harmonize efforts with the CxA. .4 Commissioning shall be done in accordance with this and related Sections and the Commissioning Plan.
