Woodstock Hospital (WH) is seeking to pre-qualify Construction Managers with a proven record of successfully delivering Industrial, Commercial, Residential, and Institutional projects, particularly within hospital/ healthcare and community services environments. This RFSQ is intended for Construction Management firms capable of providing comprehensive services following standard Canadian Construction Documents, including: CCDC-2 Stipulated Price CCDC-5A Construction Management Contract - for services CCDC 5B Construction Management Contract-for service and construction services CCDC-20 Guide to Construction Contract Administration. Pre-qualified firms may be invited to submit proposals for future capital projects and renovations at Woodstock Hospital or properties owned by Woodstock Hospital. Construction Managers will be expected to work with the Hospital in the planning, coordination, and execution of projects, ranging from infrastructure upgrades, minor and major renovations, additions, while upholding hospital standards for infection control, safety, and operational continuity.
