A firm timeline for the award and construction has not been established. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: CR Number: 2124682 The State University Construction Fund (SUCF) is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from consultants to provide design and construction administration services for the Renovate University Hospital of Brooklyn for Infrastructure, Patient Beds, and Emergency Department project at the State University of New York Downstate Medical Center. The Project will replace the building's mechanical, plumbing, heating and cooling, and electrical distribution systems, inclusive of medical gas systems. The Project will also include modernizing and right-sizing inpatient bed spaces in the eight-story wing and renovate critical care units. The Project will also include renovating and modernizing nursing stations, core support areas and specialty units, and expand and modernize the hospital's emergency department.
